The ROC the Future Parent Engagement Collaborative Action Network (PECAN) held its monthly public parent meeting on Monday, April 27th. More than 80 parents, providers and organizations attended this online platform to discuss the support and resources needed and available as we continue to adjust to pandemic crisis. A needs assessment was distributed throughout the community for parents to identify the areas in which they need support. More than 100 parents have completed the survey and as it concludes this week, PECAN will review the data for next steps in assessing where there may be gaps in what our families need. We invite the community to our next parent meeting on Wednesday, May 13th from 5:00pm-6:30pm and registration is underway by visiting: https://tinyurl.com/y76lr8ow After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
